How do I find a machine car wash near me?
Just enter your city, ZIP code, or enable “Use my location,” then browse listings filtered by features (tunnel, touchless, full-service). Click a listing for photos, hours, reviews, and directions.
Are the listed car washes verified?
Yes — we verify each wash when listed (phone checks, photo review). We also encourage customer reviews so you see real feedback.
Can I leave a review for a car wash?
Absolutely. After using a wash, return to its listing and click “Write a Review” (if enabled). Reviews help future users make smart choices.
Is there a mobile app?
Not yet, but our site is fully responsive and works on any mobile device. App development is on the roadmap.
What if a listing is wrong or out of date?
Use the “Report” button on the listing or contact us with the correct details. We aim to correct inaccuracies quickly.
How do I add my car wash to the directory?
Go to “List Your Wash”, fill out your business name, address, services, photos, hours, and submit. Your listing enters moderation; once approved, it goes live.
What are the costs / pricing plans?
We have a Free Starter listing plus paid tiers (Silver, Gold, etc.) offering more benefits (featured placement, analytics, more photos, etc.). Visit our [Pricing Plans] page for full details.
Can I edit my listing after it’s live?
Yes — you can log into your dashboard and update photos, hours, services, contact info, etc.
What tools / analytics do I get with premium plans?
Premium plans offer data on listing views, clicks, user leads, and contact interactions — so you can see how your listing performs.
Can I list multiple locations?
Yes, our higher-tier packages (or “Enterprise” option) support multiple site listings under a single account.
When will I be billed?
For monthly plans, billing occurs on the subscription anniversary every month. For one-time / pay-only plans, you pay once at signup.
Is there a free trial?
We currently offer a free starter plan. For premium features, we may run trials or promotions — watch our homepage or email list for updates.
Can I cancel or downgrade?
Yes. You can cancel anytime. Downgrading to a lower plan (or free starter) will take effect at the next billing cycle. Features tied to the higher plan will be disabled.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx), and possibly Stripe / PayPal integrations (based on your backend).
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payments are processed using secure, encrypted channels (PCI-compliant). We do not store raw card data on our servers.
